Is the heater jacket safe to use?
Yes! Very safe when used properly.
Powered by a simple USB connection, our heating system uses insulated carbon fiber panels to keep you warm and comfortable. It features built-in temperature regulation to prevent overheating and is fully tested to meet international safety standards. With Thermova™, you get reliable heat that is safe and simple to use.
How long will the battery last?
Up to 4.5+ hours on low.
By connecting a single battery to the internal heating interface, you can maintain a consistent temperature for hours at a time. On the low setting, the system is efficient enough to provide over 4.5 hours of continuous warmth.
High (Red): 150°F — 2+ Hours of intense heat for extreme cold.
Medium (White): 130°F — 3+ Hours of balanced, everyday warmth.
Low (Blue): 110°F — 4.5+ Hours of extended, gentle heat.
Is the jacket heavy or bulky with the panels?
Not bulky at all and is as light as a regular jacket.

Whether you wear it as your main jacket or layer it under a coat, Thermova™ ensures you stay warm without restricting your movement.
Can I wash the heated jacket?
Yes, machine washable. Just remember to remove the power bank.
Simply disconnect and remove the power bank, tuck the cable into its compartment, and wash on a gentle cycle. Air-dry only. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry-cleaning to protect the internal heating system.
Is the jacket windproof or waterproof?
Yes, water and wind resistant.
The outer shell is designed to repel light rain and block wind, keeping both you and the internal panels protected. While it’s fine for everyday winter weather, we recommend pairing it with a waterproof shell for heavy downpours.
Can I control the level of heat?
Yes, there are 3 different heart levels.
Our Jacket features three distinct temperature settings, allowing you to easily adjust your warmth to match the conditions outside. Using the simple system, you can toggle between heat levels to find your perfect comfort zone.
High (Red): 150°F — Maximum heat for the coldest conditions.
Medium (White): 130°F — Steady warmth for everyday use.
Low (Blue): 110°F — Gentle heat for extended outdoor time.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@thermova.shop.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to contact us and send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at info@thermova.shop.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@thermova.shop. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
